James Sullivan
Jim Sullivan has been a top producer in the mortgage industry for the past twenty-three years. Prior to entering the mortgage industry, he held several senior-level finance positions in the financial services industry. Jim graduated from Boston University in 1990 with a BS/BA degree and a concentration in Finance. He prides himself in creating lifelong partnerships with his clients. Jim was born and raised in Massachusetts and currently lives in Needham with his wife and four children

David Faraca has worked in the Financial Industry since his graduation from the University of Hartford in 1990. He was a Financial Planner with American Express Advisors and then went on to become Vice President of Investments with Merrill Lynch. David has extensive knowledge of the full spectrum of debt servicing products. In 2007 he and his partner founded Independence Mortgage Group and have grown it into one of the top mortgage brokers in the area. David lives with his wife Denise and children Christopher and Kayla in the North Shore of Boston.

John Capalbo graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1986 with a degree in accounting. John became a CPA in 1989 and practiced in both public and private fields for 16 years. John currently resides in Charlestown, MA.
